30 mph configuration The 30 mph version of the Pave BK is federally registered as a motor-driven cycle. During checkout, your vehicle is registered through our titling and registration partner according to your state’s requirements (title, plates, registration documents). You’re still responsible for having the correct license, insurance, helmet, and following local rules on where you can ride. 40 mph configuration The 40 mph version is sold for off-highway / non-public road use. It is not federally registered as a motor-driven cycle. We provide a VIN and title, but we do not process on-road registration for this configuration and do not guarantee that it can be made street-legal in your state. Use on public streets or bike lanes may be restricted or banned under local law. You’re responsible for understanding how your Pave BK is classified where you live and riding in line with all applicable laws.
